We have seriously revamped the restaurant at The National Shooting Show this year and we cannot wait for you to see it. Reimagined and inspired by our food ambassador, Lucy Pattinson, we have designed a seriously tasty, locally sourced, game-focused menu with the help of Goat Rodeo Goods‘ locally foraged and farmed produce.

As a passionate game chef I am thrilled to have been a part of launching the new restaurant at The National Shooting Show, Café Hide. The menu focuses on local game and features some of my new Goat Rodeo Goods seasonings. I’m really looking forward to sharing the menu and to see everyone at The National Shooting Show enjoying it too.” – Lucy Pattinson, Ambassador for The National Shooting Show

Food, fire and fieldsports

Lucy Pattinson is a private chef who specialises in open-fire and game cooking under her brand: The Fodderation. She has cheffed all over the UK, especially across Scottish Highland estates. Lucy celebrates the journey of food from farm, field and forest to fork. She is a passionate advocate for local food, sustainability and eating more game!

The menu has been created with the help of Lucy’s Goat Rodeo Goods seasonings. Lucy developed Goat Rodeo Goods, small batch pickles and preserves made with locally foraged and farmed produce. Most of their ingredients are excess produce from Upper Ballaird Farm that otherwise would have been food waste.
