THE OFFICIAL CHARITY OF THE GAME FAIR 2021

The Country Food Trust have delivered over 2,000,000 meals to date.

They have done so by producing high protein, low fat game based ready meals which are then distributed to charities that hand out food to people in need. They also buy large quantities of frozen meat directly from reputable game dealers and donate it to those charities who have the relevant storage and cooking facilities.

The Charity is funded by individuals, companies, shoots, trusts, community foundations and government agencies.

Tim Woodward, CEO, The Country Food Trust said “I am so pleased that The Country Food Trust has been appointed as official Charity of The Game Fair 2021. The demand for our food is extraordinary as more and more people fall into food poverty adding to the already 8.4 million people classified in that category. We have set ourselves the ambitious target of providing 1,000,000 meals a year to people in need and we very much hope that our status at The Game Fair this year will help us to achieve this”.

Come and visit them on their stand to learn more about what they do – they’d love to see you! You can also eat in their ‘Nice & Wild’ restaurant where a percentage of all profits will go directly to providing meals to people in need. Discounted prebooked tickets for restaurant will be available shortly on this website.

Not only is The Country Food Trust the official charity of The Game Fair but it is also partnering with their chef Tim Maddams and ethical food company Eat Nice Be Nice to run the public bar and restaurant at the event Nice & Wild.
