Lucy Pattinson is a private chef who specialises in open-fire and game cooking under her brand: The Fodderation. She has cheffed all over the UK, especially across Scottish Highland estates. Lucy celebrates the journey of food from farm, field and forest to fork. She is a passionate advocate for local food, sustainability and eating more game!

Dr Al Gabriel is a scientist, deer manager and stalking columnist for Gun Trade News and Shooting Times UK. Al is an enthusiast for deer management, conservation and land management.

Head Gamekeeper Stalker for the last 14 years on the stunning Isle of Skye, where Scott’s passion for deer knows no bounds. Scott has proudly won the Gamekeeper of the Year award and The Golden Plover Award. Scott’s career continues to grow as Head Gamekeeper Stalker at Fearann Eilean Iarmain.

Darren Kirk of Kirkbourne Spaniels is a highly experienced gundog trainer with over 30 years of experience. In 2018 and 2023 he was awarded “Gundog Trainer of the Year” in the UK. More recently in December 2023, Kirkbourne Spaniels was awarded Specialist Dog Training Company of the Year 2023/2024 at the Yorkshire Prestige Awards!

Geoff Garrod is a gamekeeper, pigeon shooter, Sporting Gun columnist and Shooting Show presenter. Geoff has won many awards and achievements in his career, including Gamekeeper of the Year in 2020.

Competitive clay shooter, enthusiastic game shot and deer stalker, Chelsea showcases the joys of spending time in the countryside and helping to bring more women into shooting. Chelsea is a GWCT Accredited Game Shot and Country Food Trust ambassador – a strong advocate for the field-to-fork ethos.
