Rob owns Forage and Field, based in rural Lancashire. He is a forager and a chef with a love for the wild and British seasonal produce. He aims to inspire others to search for a closer connection to the food they consume through wild, game and foraged food, and in turn a closer connection to the land that provides it.

Greg is the Development Chef at Skyes House Farm, Wetherby. Greg’s main role at Sykes is to build and run a state-of-the-art, on site demo kitchen. Greg develops new products supports professional chefs in ensuring that their menus are perfection! Greg also hosts the Chef Table events, delivers cooking demos and runs butchery skill masterclasses.

Simon Whitehead
Owner of Pakefield Ferrets, Simon has written countless books, produced The Ferret Man DVDs and is arguably the country’s leading ferreting and rabbit expert, giving popular butchery and ferreting demonstrations nationwide. (Read more about Simon Whitehead here.)

Cai Ap Bryn
Owner and Founder of Game and Flames, Cai is an experienced hunter and passionate cook, now runs courses throughout the year using rabbit, pigeon, trout, pheasant, partridge, duck, venison squirrel and even wild boar. Cai also appears regularly on Field Sports Channel TV, the UK’s biggest online hunting channel.

Lucy Pattinson
Lucy Pattinson runs The Fodderation – a private chef business specialising in ‘Food, Fire and Fieldsports’.
She has more recently launched ‘Fodder and Farm’ with business partner Kat Goldin. Fodder and Farm is a unique event space and dining experience on a regenerative farm at the edge of the Trossachs National Park. It celebrates the journey of food from farm, field and forest to fork.
Goat Rodeo Goods, more recently launched as a sister company, produces small batch pickles, preserves, seasoning and other culinary delights. The products change with the seasons and are made with things grown or foraged, often with excess produce from the market garden and surplus from local farmers that would have been food waste.

Lionel Strub
Lionel Strub is the Chef/Patron of the C18th Clarendon Hotel & Restaurant in Hebden near Grassington. Sharing his passion for great food and hospitality and celebrating the very best of fresh local produce resulted in the Clarendon winning the Champion of Champions category at the Eat Game Awards 2023.

Ali Moran
Born and raised in North Yorkshire. Ali’s aim is to deliver good, honest Yorkshire pub food at the Blacksmith’s Arms, Lastingham. Having taken the pub over in May 2021, Ali has continued the strong links they have with local producers, including using game from nearby shoots.
